Zagono is designed as a platform for organising and administering skill-based player-versus-player competitions.
Competition outcomes are intended to be determined primarily by the participants' skill, knowledge, reaction time, strategy and gameplay performance. The Platform provides tournament management, matchmaking, payment processing, prize administration and integrity controls.
The Company does not manipulate match outcomes and does not participate as a competitor.
Users acknowledge that participation may involve paying an entry fee and that they may not win a prize. Entry into any Competition is voluntary.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees winnings, profits or financial returns. The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend or invalidate a Competition where technical failures, fraud, cheating, collusion or other integrity concerns materially affect the fairness of the event.
These Terms are intended to operate alongside all applicable payment, consumer protection, data protection, AML/KYC and gaming laws applicable to the jurisdictions in which the Platform is lawfully offered.
Users may register only one personal Account unless expressly authorised by the Company.
Accounts are personal, non-transferable and may not be sold, shared or assigned.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their Account. The Company may suspend or terminate Accounts that contain false information, duplicate registrations, account sharing, automated access, or activity that threatens platform integrity.
The Company operates a risk-based Know Your Customer (KYC) programme.
Identity verification may be required before deposits above applicable thresholds, participation in Real Mode, withdrawals, or whenever fraud prevention or legal obligations require additional verification.
Users may be asked to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, biometric verification, or other reasonable documentation.
Failure to complete KYC may result in restricted functionality, delayed withdrawals, or account suspension.
The Platform maintains AML and counter-terrorist financing controls consistent with applicable laws and industry standards.
The Company may monitor transactions, perform sanctions screening, politically exposed person (PEP) screening, source-of-funds reviews, and report suspicious activity where legally required.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend or reverse transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations or other criminal activity.
Users may fund their G2F Wallet using payment methods made available through authorised Payment Service Providers (PSPs), including Xsolla where supported.

Processing times, payment availability, limits and supported currencies may vary depending on jurisdiction and PSP requirements.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, fraud screening and compliance checks.
Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the original payment method used for deposits or another approved method in accordance with applicable law and PSP requirements.
The Company may delay or decline withdrawals where there is evidence of account misuse, bonus abuse, collusion, chargeback activity, payment fraud or other violations of these Terms.
Approved withdrawals will normally be processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, although external banking and PSP processing times may vary.
Participation in Real Mode Competitions may require payment of an Entry Fee. The applicable Entry Fee will be displayed before a User confirms participation.
Entry Fees are collected solely for participation in the selected Competition and contribute to the applicable Prize Pool, subject to any platform fees disclosed prior to entry.
Once a Competition has commenced, Entry Fees are generally non-refundable except where these Terms or applicable law provide otherwise, including cancellation due to technical failure or integrity concerns.
Prize Pools are determined and displayed before the Competition begins.
Prize distributions will be made in accordance with the published Competition rules. The Company reserves the right to verify all results before releasing prizes.
Prize payments may be delayed pending identity verification, fraud reviews, anti-cheat investigations, payment verification or other compliance procedures.
The Company may withhold or cancel prizes where cheating, collusion, manipulation or any breach of these Terms is identified.
Public Battles allow eligible Users to compete against other participants matched through the Platform.
Matchmaking may consider factors including player ranking, skill level, region, latency, game availability and integrity controls.
The Company does not guarantee that opponents will have identical skill ratings and reserves the right to adjust matchmaking algorithms to improve fairness and platform integrity.
Private Battles enable Users to create invitation-only Competitions.
The creator of a Private Battle may define supported game modes, entry requirements and participation limits subject to Platform rules.
Private Battles remain subject to all integrity monitoring, anti-cheat controls, payment rules and dispute procedures contained within these Terms.
Tournament-specific rules published on the Platform form part of these Terms.
Tournament formats may include single elimination, double elimination, Swiss system, round robin, ladder, leagues or other approved competition formats.
The Company reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, suspend or cancel tournaments where necessary to preserve fairness, resolve technical issues, comply with legal obligations or protect platform integrity.
Official tournament decisions made following investigation of technical incidents, cheating allegations or integrity concerns shall be final, subject to any applicable statutory consumer rights.
Competition results shall be determined using one or more approved validation methods selected by the Company.
Validation methods may include official game APIs, publisher-approved integrations, dedicated game servers, automated match reporting, uploaded evidence, livestream recordings, screenshots, video recordings or manual review by the Company's integrity team.
The Company reserves the right to delay settlement until sufficient evidence has been obtained to verify the outcome of a Competition. Decisions made following a complete integrity review shall be final, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Where supported by a game publisher or authorised third-party provider, official APIs shall constitute the primary source of match results.
Where API validation is unavailable or inconclusive, the Company may request additional evidence from one or more participants. Such evidence may include game recordings, replay files, tournament logs, screenshots or livestream footage.
Users agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Failure to provide requested evidence within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of prizes, cancellation of the Competition or other actions reasonably necessary to preserve platform integrity.
The Company recognises that online gaming may be affected by technical failures beyond the control of participants.
Tournament-specific rules may determine whether disconnected matches are replayed, resumed, cancelled or declared void.
The Company may cancel or postpone Competitions where server outages, publisher outages, cyberattacks, widespread connectivity failures or other exceptional circumstances materially affect the fairness of play.
Refunds following cancelled Competitions shall be handled in accordance with the Platform Refund Policy.
Maintaining fair competition is fundamental to the Platform.

Confirmed cheating may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, account suspension, permanent account termination and notification to relevant game publishers or authorities where appropriate.
Users must not engage in collusion, match-fixing, intentional losing, multi-accounting, payment fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, identity fraud or any other activity intended to manipulate Competitions or obtain an unfair advantage.
The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious behaviour, suspend accounts, withhold prizes, reverse transactions where legally permitted and cooperate with payment providers, financial institutions, regulators and law enforcement agencies.
Users agree that any attempt to undermine the integrity, security or lawful operation of the Platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent removal from all Company services.
Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals or payment disputes after receiving access to the Platform or participating in a Competition.
Where a payment is reversed, the Company may suspend the associated Account while the matter is investigated. Any prizes obtained through reversed or fraudulent payments may be withheld or recovered where permitted by law.
The Company reserves the right to cooperate with Payment Service Providers, acquiring banks and financial institutions when investigating payment disputes.
Refunds are granted only in the circumstances described within these Terms, applicable law or the published Refund Policy.

Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, fraud, cheating, collusion, multi-accounting, identity fraud, payment abuse, abusive conduct, sanctions violations or failure to complete mandatory verification procedures.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, any remaining wallet balance will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
